All regions and departments in the province should fully implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's congratulatory letter, earnestly carry out the critical consensus and "Joint Statement" of the two heads of state, give full play to the important platform role of the China-Russia Expo to better serve the building of a new pattern of mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Russia. A high-level expo should facilitate trade exchanges, effectively manage post-expo initiatives, deepen pragmatic cooperation across sectors, and drive the conversion of negotiation results into actions; it should also continually expand trade volume, optimize trade structure, and enhance trade levels.
