The 32nd Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as HTF) will be held from June 15 to 19, 2023 at Harbin International Conference Exhibition and Sports Center. This 32nd HTF, themed by “Establishing New Platform of High-standard Opening-up, Sharing New Opportunities of High-quality Development”, occupies an exhibition area of 360,000 square meters, including the main venue taking up 60,000 square meters. There are six exhibition areas in the main venue: China-Russia Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Exhibition Area, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Cooperation Exhibition Area, Provincial, Regional, and Municipal Cooperation Exhibition Area, Industrial Cooperation Exhibition Area, Heilongjiang Revitalization Exhibition Area and Machinery Equipment Exhibition Area. Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Exhibition Area
The Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Exhibition Pavilion takes up an area of 6,500 square meters, and accommodates over more than 120 enterprises that participate in the fair. Sharing the idea of holding comprehensive exhibition professionally, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Pavilion contains seven exhibition sections, which are “Shandong Province Exhibition Group”, “Food and Packaging Machinery”, “Logistics and Supply Chain”, “Digital Intelligent Technology”, “Automotive Parts”, “Home Furnishings and Building Materials” and “Road and Bridge Construction Technology”.

Over 30 prestigious enterprises from Shandong Province converge in Shandong Province Exhibition Group Section, covering a series of industries including machinery manufacturing, modern agriculture, environmental protection equipment and beverage equipment, get together in Heilongjiang and participate in the HTF.

With the organization by China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association, Food and Packaging Machinery Section gathers more than 30 nationally renowned industries and enterprises, including Fujian Yujie Automation Technology Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Guoshi Wande Technology Co., Ltd., Qingdao Dongping Junchuan Industrial Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yingyi Packaging Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.

In Logistics and Supply Chain Section, based on the mission of “Establishing Provincial Head-north Opening-up and Cooperation Platform with High Level, Setting High-quality Industrial Cooperation and Investment Attraction Platform”, Heilongjiang Provincial Chamber of Commerce for Logistics and Supply Chain organizes such logistics and supply chain enterprises as S.F. Express, Express Mail Service, Harbin Railway Logistics Co., Ltd., Jingdong Express, and Yuantong Express. These enterprises are providing professional consultancy services and comprehensive high-level logistics services for HTF exhibitors and guests while publicizing Heilongjiang’s logistics resources and capacity of logistics services.

Exhibitors participating in Digital Intelligent Technology Section are committed to combining traditional enterprises with Internet technology to engage in such new and high technology as computer room data analysis and intelligent software network monitoring, which will help to overcome the drawbacks of inconvenient operations and difficult analysis existing among traditional enterprises, and promote the efficiency of technological intelligence in enterprise management. Automotive Parts Section, by surrounding auto parts and key accessories to new energy vehicles, integrates the upstream and downstream resources of the auto industry, assists exhibitors to dock new business opportunities, and boosts high-quality development of auto parts industry. Home Furnishings and Building Materials Section is composed of the nationally well-known door and building materials manufacturing enterprises, including Innovative Door and Wangfu Door participate in the HTF. Road &Bridge Construction Technology Section integrates the supporting enterprises that are in business of mining heavy industry equipment, road and bridge construction materials and gas stations. The organizing committee will strive to provide diversified information about the transportation industry to professional buyers and guests, and give exhibitor a professional and high-quality exhibition experience through a diversified introduction and display of road and bridge products.

HTF Outdoor Emergency Equipment Exhibition Area
The outdoor emergency equipment exhibition area covers an area of over 2,000 square meters, and exhibits eight types of equipment that satisfy the need for rescuing of commonly-seen natural disaster and accident taking place in Heilongjiang Province.

First, Aircraft and aviation rescue equipment. Displaying the latest UAV equipment, including multi rotor heavy-duty drones, long endurance patrol drones, multifunctional supporting drones, as well as a series of UAV emergency communication vehicles and UAV airport.
Second, Fire rescue equipment. Showcasing fire trucks and firefighting robots used in high-rise building fires, hazardous chemical fires and complex environmental fires in cities, and display such unmanned and intelligent high-tech products as fire situation detection equipment.
Third, Forest fire extinguishing equipment. Displaying such heavy-duty equipment as crawler-type personnel carrier and transport tank, individual fire extinguishing equipment, and main equipment used for forest fire extinguishing. All come on stage.
Fourth, special engineering rescue equipment. Showcasing such new equipment and products as Mental Mantis walking excavator and high-speed rubber track bulldozer. All these equipment will definitely feast your eyes.
Fifth, Collapse rescue and search equipment. Displaying the world’s smallest oil extraction machine, driven-based self-propelled remote-control demolition robot, infrared, radar, audio, ultra-low frequency dial life detector and other high-end products.
Sixth, Mountain rescuing equipment. Displaying a full line of supplies, including all-terrain motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, water jet propelled vehicles and personal protective equipment, etc.
Seventh, Mobile command rescue equipment. Displaying the intelligent and integrated products featured by multi-network integration, wireless video and emergency command; the communication command vehicles and satellite communication also embody their distinctive characteristics.
Eighth, Waters rescue equipment. Displaying amphibious generator cars, drainage vehicles, flood prevention piling vehicles, and other patented innovative products, as well as other equipment that satisfy the rescue needs of various special waters, including all-models hovercraft, lifeboat and high-power drainage equipment.
The products displayed in the exhibition area are not confined to such emergency equipment manufacturing enterprises featured with Heilongjiang characteristics as Harbin First Machinery Group Corporation, Songtuo, Mudanjiang Sentian Special Vehicle Modification Co., Ltd., Harbin Chuangqi Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., high-tech emergency rescue equipment and scientific fruits from other provinces are also showcased during the exhibition. A batch of emergency equipment and products with high-quality and reputation are intensively showed and visitors can directly understand new products and master new technologies. Through the exhibition, we can provide better service aiming at the industrial development of emergency equipment and further advance the integration of production and research, production and need, industrial capital and financial capital. In addition, we can effectively promote the capability to prevent natural disaster and resist accidents and improve the overall technical level, strengthen the exchange and cooperation concerning emergency equipment within and outside the province, pay attention to the innovative development of emergency technology, promote the transformation between emergency industry and academia, comprehensively gather emergency industrial resources, and improve emergency rescue ability. The active participation of the relevant enterprises will provide a basis for setting a learning and exchanging platform for government, professional rescue groups, hazard-related enterprises and equipment manufacturing businesses, and will provide basis for the construction of emergency rescue teams and equipment in Heilongjiang Province.
